This particular unit delivers excellent versatility, providing 4 different cycles in standard mode - 2 for chilling to 37 degrees Fahrenheit and 2 for freezing down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit or lower.
This blast chiller fits up to 44 lb. of food and provides high tech shock freezing and blast chilling for your professional kitchen. It achieves an internal cabinet temperature of -40 degrees Fahrenheit in just 18 minutes. The indirect air flow and air distribution pattern ensure consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet and help to prevent dehydration of food. When you need a blast chiller that protects food quality, freshness, and flavor, this compact unit is a great choice.
This model is also easy to clean and maintain. It is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and has easy access to washable evaporators, waterproof fans, and a removable magnetic condenser filter. Up to 40% more efficient than other comparable models, this blast chiller still offers quick cooling and freeze times. Settings are shown on a smudge-resistant touch display on the front of the unit for easy viewing. For reduced environmental impact without sacrificing reliable efficiency, the unit's refrigeration system circulates R452A refrigerant. This blast chiller / freezer requires a 208-230V electrical connection for operation.
