Very nice set of risers. I do not recommend putting anything on it that will require guests to scoop (i.e tuna fish) or apply any pressure. Although the risers have rubber grips, the tray I used was sliding as guests were trying to take food. The risers work great for anything that just needs to be picked up (pastries or wraps etc).
