With its self-service design, this display case provides customers with easy access to drinks and prepackaged subs and salads. The clear glass sides complete the presentation and offer an unobstructed view of your top-selling items, while the dual-sided construction allows for easy access. The shelves are also made of clear glass to allow light to shine through and they can be adjusted up and down to display different types of food products. Cool, bright LED lighting illuminates your food in an attractive manner from the top of the unit and from underneath each shelf.
This model uses a Breeze~E refrigeration system with EnergyWise. This refrigeration system is made to slide out for easy cleaning and maintenance and uses a smart microprocessor to adjust to ambient conditions. The EnergyWise design also helps the refrigeration system provide reliable performance and reduce energy usage to save money on operating costs. This unit maintains an average product temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below to keep food at safe temperatures. A 110 - 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
