This unit's elements are activated by a 0.30 GPM flow rate to provide up to 2 sinks with an unlimited supply of hot water while eliminating standby heat loss! It is factory set to deliver water at 100 degrees Fahrenheit to give you a perfect handwashing solution and can be field adjusted from 86-122 degrees Fahrenheit for added versatility.
This heater's electronic thermostat guarantees that the water temperature will be consistently maintained even if there are pressure fluctuations in the water supply, making it a great choice for applications where temperatures are strictly regulated by code. Because no pressure relief valves, drains, or circulating pumps are required and the heater can be located above or below the fixture, installation couldn't be any easier! This dual voltage unit can operate on either a 208V or 240V electrical connection.
