Designed for installation at the point of use, this unit is great for a sink at the end of a long pipe run or for multiple low-flow sinks and comes with a jumper that allows you to choose between two wattages during installation to meet your specific needs. Plus, it's largely insusceptible to scale build-up, suitable for both hard and soft water areas, and features an ergonomic knob that allows you to adjust the water temperature from 86 to 149 degrees Fahrenheit. Activated by a minimum 0.264 GPM flow rate, it features an exclusive design with a flow sensor that prevents dry-firing and premature failure as well as a high-limit switch with manual reset for optimum safety and peace of mind.

This water heater boasts a high impact polycarbonate plastic housing, and the Plus model is equipped with a larger display with more info and Advanced Flow Control, which automatically adjusts the flow of water so that even if demand exceeds capacity, it ensures a constant output temperature. Its Direct Coil nichrome heating element is housed in glass-reinforced polyamide heating chamber, which along with the tankless design, heats water instantaneously as it flows through the machine for complete elimination of standby heat loss. There's no T&P relief valve needed, and this unit can be easily installed with its 1/2" NPT connections and compact, wall-mounted design. Plus, its tankless design prevents bacteria growth.
