Steelton 18" x 60" NSF Black Epoxy 5-Shelf Kit with 72" Posts and Casters

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. It came with an extra shelf holder (also can be purchased in case you break them). I am using it in my pantry and it has plenty of room for everything my family of four needs. I will be buying another for another wall of the pantry room.

First time moving these and the casters and the connection to the posts are popping loose. Just over 500 lbs and they are falling apart. Very poor design and poor quality.

We've had two of these for our restaurant and both have had wheel/casters fail where they anchor in the post. We did not overload these shelves and only move them a couple times a week. Would never purchase again.

This is a nice sturdy shelving unit for the price. It is very stable on the floor and constructed well. The shelves themselves are well made and putting it together was very easy. I would definitely buy this one again.

Exactly what I needed. Great quality. Easy to put the pieces together. Packed very well! The item is really sturdy too. I was worried with an 18” width that it might be wobbly but that is not the case

Heavy duty adjustable shelving racks. I use them for storage in my garage. They feel like they will last a long time. Strong enough to hold all my Seasonal decor. Casters roll easily even when racks are loaded down. I love them.

I like it. It works as advertised.

I have assembled many similar shelves to this one and have never had any issues. This truly was the most frustrating item to put together. The wedges that hold each shelf in place do not stay. They are absolute trash and I would recommend avoiding this shelf. With duct tape I was able to get it together but each shelf isn’t level. It’ll do for what I need it for, but I am not satisfied with this item at all.

This a well-made, sturdy product and easy to assemble. The company's customer service was also outstanding helping me with a follow up question that I had.

I purchased this a while back for kitchen use. It's now being stored in shed for cleaning supplies and things no longer being used. It has served us well and I look forward to purchasing a bigger size for business.

Purchased the black epoxy shelves in three different sizes. One was great but the other two were problematic. Not sure if the paint was too thick, but the plastic sleeve to lock the shelves into place just wouldn’t stay put

In general, this unit was easy to assemble but the friction-wedge shelf support design does not provide a rigid structure. As a result, the assembled unit "shakes" a bit. I am using it as a pantry shelf for grocery items, paper towels, etc. I would hesitate to fill it with heavy items but it would be fine for towels, linens and similar household items. The major advantage is that it did not require me to mount shelves in the pantry closet space, next to a water heater. Attaching the support posts to the wall with brackets would add considerably to the "stiffness" of the unit. The posts are heavy tubular steel, and quite sturdy. Sadly I can't give this a good review this time around. There was a manufacturing defect on one of the corner brackets on 3 of the 5 shelves in the 18"x60"x72" kit I received - there was a blob of epoxy in one of the corner brackets that slides over the pole. It wasn't immediately clear what the issue was resulting in wasted time. Once we realized the cause of the problem we were able to correct by filing down the excess epoxy paint after which the corner of the shelf locked in tightly. I hope that Steelton reviews their quality control b/c otherwise these shelves are very good value. (I have purchased the same exact unit about one year ago previously that did not have the issue I detailed here).
