Directions

  1. In a 20 qt. stock pot, over high heat, combine the mixed vegetables, beef broth, vegetable juice, water, salt, and ground pepper.

  2. Bring all the contents of the pot to a boil.

  3. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and serve immediately or place in a warmer.
