Directions

  1. In a 20 qt. stock pot, over medium-high heat, add the undrained chopped clams and the herb and garlic blend.

  2. Once the clams are hot, stir in the clam juice and water.

  3. Whisk in the powdered soup base until it is dissolved completely.

  4. Stir in the undrained potatoes.

  5. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 45 minutes-1 hour. The soup will thicken as it simmers. Stir occasionally.

  6. Turn off the heat and serve immediately or place in a warmer.
