These placemats are very nice looking. However, they are NOT WATERPROOF. I don't think it says that they are I just thought they would be at least a little. The point of a place at is to protect the table a little. These do not.

Love these placemats. Sturdy and cleans well. We wash them after every use. If there are any stains, add a little bleach in there and they clean right up.
Just what we needed! Classy and neutral, durable and well made. We use them to protect our wood hutch when displaying hot platters. They can withstand the heat, clean easily, and blend in with the decor beautifully. Thank you Webstaurant for delivering another great item!
