Use this Sioux Chief 553 Series HangsTuff pipe hanger as a reliable way to secure DWV pipes. This hanger is compatible with 1 1/2" Schedule 40 pipes. It boasts a strong, rigid I-beam design with a locking-finger device to securely hold the pipe in place. This unit is preloaded with 2 zinc-plated, rust-resistant ring-shank nails to provide a permanent hold. It easily snaps in place or it can be glued to ABS or PVC pipes with all-purpose glue (sold separately).

The body of this hanger is made of durable ABS plastic that is UV-, corrosion-, and impact-resistant. It is impact-resistant down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can withstand temperatures of up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has a maximum load rating of up to 40 lb. when used in a cradle position and up to 15 lb. when used in an inverted position.
