Sioux Chief 250-122PB Details

Ensure proper operation of your drainage systems with this Sioux Chief 250 Series TurboVent air admittance valve! This valve operates as a vent terminal to provide secondary venting within your plumbing system. It provides an optimal airflow in your DMV system when negative pressures develops. It automatically opens during draining and seals at 0 PSI and above to prevent sewer gasses from entering your facility. It can withstand up to 13 PSIG of back pressure.

This air admittance valve has a durable ABS housing with a PVC adapter. This adapter has a 1 1/2" x 2" Schedule 40 connection to attach to vent pipes. It boasts a 20 branch, 8 stack DFU rating when connected to a 1 1/2" pipe and a 160 branch, 24 stack rating when connected to a 2" pipe. This valve includes an internal actuating device that spins with each activation to keep the seal free from dust and debris.
