Fresh, clean and ready to use. We purchased for long term usage on our yacht, so the packaging will need to be addressed, as an untied bag will not work for us. Once we handle that this will be perfect.

Excellent product. I love how this doesn't have potato in it, as many other dried veg blends do, and it seems like a filler to me. This is such an easy way to add a little flavor and some veg to soups/sauces. I let these soak overnight, and then the veg can be added to most any savory dish. So easy! This is a very good price, too! I've ordered numerous cases, and I will continue to do so.
