This package comes with a Sephra Elite chocolate fountain. This fountain needs a minimum of 6 lb. of chocolate to operate and display a flowing chocolate curtain. Not only can chocolate be used, but this fountain can even handle cheese fondue, BBQ sauce, caramel fondue, and ranch dressing (sold separately), making it one of the most versatile fountains on the market.

For the perfect melt, this unit features a stainless steel heated basin, so the product evenly softens and can beautifully cascade down the fountain's tiers. The temperature is automatically set, so all you need to do is press the heat on / off control for operation. The fountain itself is designed with a stainless steel finish that's durable and seamlessly fits into any event or gathering space. Plus, with dishwasher-safe parts and food-grade, high-impact, plastic tiers, you can easily clean it without hassle. In addition, the whisper quiet motor is distraction-free, so guests will be memorized by the visual display, rather than by any noise.

This package includes everything you need for use on day one, including 8 lb. of Sephra milk premium chocolate melts and 6 color-coded metal skewers. The skewers are perfect for businesses that maintain a color-coded system to prevent cross contamination. Try it with marshmallows, waffles, fresh fruit, pound cake, or fudge (sold separately) to liven up your next event! Up to 50 guests can be served with this package. Milk Premium Chocolate

Purchased this for our restaurant’s Easter Brunch.…it was HORRIBLE. Followed all instructions, used the chocolate that came with the fountain and it basically had poor flow, so no cascading like it’s supposed to. DON’T ever buy anything from the Webstaurant Store- their customer service is as bad as this fountain. Said we have to pay to return it, pay a 20% restocking fee and only option is a credit on our account. Placed the blame on the manufacturer even though they choose to offer the product. We have purchased thousands of dollars from this place and couldn’t be more disappointed in how they are choosing to handle a piece of equipment- lay it at the customer’s feet. Weak play!
