We purchased this machine and it was delivered with ease. Upon delivery we unwrapped he machine and immediately found coils on the bottom damaged. The machine also started throwing the plug inline breaker. We immediately contacted Webstaurant and they have pushed us off to the manufacturer, Seaga. Seaga claims they do not have technicians and that we would be responsible for replacing broken items. Their idea of customer service is over the phone "walking" you through diagnosing the problem. Despite not being a vending machine technician, they have done nothing to rectify the issue with the machine. Customer service on both Webstaurant and Seaga leave very little to be desired!
