Paid almost $ for this ice machine. Opened it up after delivery. Very poor quality, falling apart already. Installed it, it never worked had to pay repair company, still didn't work. Called and chatted online with Webstaurant.They gave me the number to Scotsman and said it was under warranty and that they would fix. I have called the number at least 50 times and no one answers. So, now I have to buy a whole new ice machine and have it installed. There goes another $. Terrible product, terrible experience. Webstarunet should give me a full refund!
