Saran "Premium" Wrap I would say is a mediocre but useful in certain situations. This differs from the Saran "Plus" in that its thicker. While its thicker, I don't find it as "clingy", especially when you try to reuse and restick a piece of plastic wrap. All in all, I'd day it might be worth a buy for its extra thickness in certain situations but I wouldn't make this my everyday Plastic Wrap. I like the Kirkland Stretchtite for that.
Plastic wrap can be a necessary evil, but this Saran wrap is easy and convenient to use. Its brand-name is worth the price because it sticks great to glass bowls and easily attaches to it-self without any hassle.
For our smaller restaurants, this is the plastic wrap that we buy. They also sell a 200 sq. ft. roll of this plastic wrap, but we only need the 100 sq. ft. wrap because some of our restaurants do not do a lot of business. Other than that, it is a solid plastic wrap and it is definitely worth the money.
