The supplied wooden roller and belt are not adequate as the sleeve heats up and the belt might as well be made of gummi worms. But a quick trip to he local vacuum shop set me up with the older Vibra groom II roller and older 3M Eureka belt. Now she is a beast at getting dirt out of a 25 year old carpet. We love the dirt cup and don't mind the 80's style shake out cloth bag.
