This dispenser makes everything much easier. It's easier to dispense the coffee sleeves. There's not problem whatsoever removing them, they do not get stuck. It's also very easy to add the coffee sleeves inside. It's easy to maintain clean and it's also easy to clean if anything does happen. Great product.
My staff and I hate this thing. We got it to replace a different style that broke after a few years but this is super hard to load and not all that easy to get sleeves out of....frustrating in a busy environment.
