Protect surfaces with this Rust-Oleum ROCEpoxy 9100 System fast-cure activator! This activator is part of the ROCEpoxy 2-component, high-solids epoxy mastic system used to protect surfaces in most industrial environments. It simply mixes with a compatible base (sold separately) at a 1:1 ratio to create a tough, durable coating. It has a VOC level of 340 and a semi-glossy finish, and it allows for recoating in as little as 4 hours. Once mixed, it has a pot life minimum of 2 hours. This self-priming formula can then be applied directly to rusted and clean steel, galvanized metal, and even slightly damp surfaces.
This epoxy mastic system can be used on indoor and outdoor surfaces. It provides superior resistance to rust, chemicals, abrasions, solvents, and impacts. It offers an ultra-smooth finish with a high-build capacity on edges and welds. Plus, it is impervious to moisture and easy to clean and sanitize. This formula can also be used as a primer under Rust-Oleum ROCThane high-performance topcoats. It is MPI #98 certified and complies with USDA FSIS standards for food establishment facilities.
