Protect galvanized surfaces from rust with this Rust-Oleum ROCAlkyd 7000 System cold galvanizing compound. This high-performance coating provides maximum corrosion protection for galvanized steel and metal surfaces. It creates a barrier to protect against corrosion, and it instantly repairs worn or damaged surfaces. This makes it ideal for use on trailers, galvanized ducts, bare sheet metal, storage tanks, and other similar items.
This self-priming compound provides excellent adhesion to galvanized metal. It contains 95% pure zinc in dry film for cathodic corrosion protection. It is easy to apply by simply spraying it on the desired surface, and it leaves behind a smooth, gray finish. This compound meets ASTM A-780-01, SSPC Paint 20, and MIL-P-21035B requirements, making it suitable for professional, structural, and military-grade corrosion protection. An atomizer (sold seperately) is recommended when using this product.
