Best rolling pin by far, cookies and pie dough do not get stuck to the rolling pin anymore! Put it in the fridge for a few hours before baking and it works perfectly on warm dough.

This rolling pin is excellent for pastry dough. When warm, it does stick to doughs with a high butter content, but throw the rolling pin in the refrigerator for an hour, and it becomes nonstick.
