It delivers a minimum BTU of 30,100 and maximum BTU of 301,000 and offers 97% thermal efficiency. It features intelligent, user-friendly controls, and it has an adjustable temperature of 104 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The 10:1 turndown ratio allows for precise adjustments, and a rating of 55 dBA ensures quiet operation. This water heater operates using a direct electronic ignition for better energy efficiency.

This unit has a stainless steel water tube heat exchanger for long-lasting durability. The included pressure relief valve shuts down operation under unsafe parameters, while the outdoor temperature sensor automatically adjusts the water temperature based on outdoor conditions. This unit comes with a wall mounting bracket and screws. It ships as a natural gas unit but is field convertible to liquid propane (conversion kit sold separately). A 120V electrical connection and natural gas connection are required for operation.
