This 18 oz. crust is made with high-protein 00 flour to deliver the chewy pizza crust "bite" that your patrons know and love. With a thin profile and a hearty texture, this pizza crust mimics the classic style of European pizzerias! Top with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and extra-virgin olive oil to create an authentic Margherita pizza, or combine your favorite toppings to create unique offerings that your customers are sure to love.

This convenient product makes it easy to whip up delicious pizzas in no time! To prepare, remove your desired number of pizza crusts from the case, then reseal the case and keep frozen to maintain freshness. Place the crusts on a baking pan and top as desired. Bake until the crust is golden-brown and the cheese is beginning to brown. In a convection oven, bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-9 minutes, or in a deck oven, bake at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-10 minutes. If you prefer to use a conveyor oven, bake at 500 degrees for 3 1/2-4 1/2 minutes.
