Not happy with this product. Half of the box arrived wet/soggy so I threw them away. I used them to fill ice cream profiteroles. Big mistake. Also, the size of them in huge. I never saw shells so large. This is not a product I will buy in the future.

Found out a local bakery uses these, and boy was I impressed! Almost as good as homemade but without all the effort or the fear of your choux pastry deflating. A must buy!
