Ensure your event is one to remember with this Palmer Snyder 24' x 33' American plank vinyl seamless portable dance floor. Truly one of a kind, this dance floor features a continuous, full-panel vinyl surface to mimic the appearance of real wood flooring. At the same time, its elegant seamless design is fully portable, making it a go-to choice for dynamic event centers and banquet halls. This dance floor includes (88) 3' x 3' panels with cam-lock fastening for a secure connection and minimal setup and dismantling time required. Thanks to its 1/8" thick commercial grade surface and warp-resistant plywood construction, this seamless dance floor can be used for both indoor and outdoor events.
The top surface of every Palmer Snyder seamless dance floor consists of a highly compressed homogeneous vinyl wear layer with a high-performance urethane top coat, a glass fiber interlayer to ensure dimensional stability, and a calendared CDF backing support. Offering rugged durability, each panel features an 18mm calibrated exterior glue douglas fir plywood base with a BB grade face and CC grade back. The bottom of the panels are coated with a UV-light-cured polyurethane to help protect the dance floor from moisture damage. Each panel has been cut and routed by a CNC machine for precision sizing and a seamless fit. The American plank finish mimics the beauty of real oak wood grain, creating a warm and inviting focal point at your event. This dance floor features a silver trim made from aircraft grade anodized aluminum with an 11-degree bevel and a straightened surface to meet all current safety requirements. This tongue-and-groove trim is secured by cam locks and offers guests comfortable access to the dance floor while adding to its polished appearance.
Dance floor panels are securely connected with a full-length extruded aluminum tongue-and-groove interlocking system with a male / female engagement. This design prevents the panels from moving up and down or side to side, ensuring your guests' safety and a seamless dance floor surface. Each panel features 2 male sides and 2 female sides, with 1 cam-lock on each male side for a combined 2 cam locks per panel. Two hex keys, standard and extended, are included for efficient cam-lock fastening. This dance floor should regularly be swept clean with a soft push broom or dry mop, and its panels are best stored and transported in a vertical cart, stacked face to face. Panels are shipped with a semi-gloss finish, ready for use as is. If preferred, you can also polish or wax to your desired finish according to the manufacturer's instructions.
