I find that this brand makes the bottom of my cheesecakes with the crust, gummy. These are so fine, they are almost powder. I would only give it like 2 1/2 stars

just amazing tasting. first it was packaged very nicely in a package with plastic and secured no spills tastes amazing. its amazing for smoothies and deserts of all kinds. it was kept no clumps of any kind and it smells great.
