Wonderful nuts- great for healthy snacking or mixed into granola. They are well roasted, not lightly, so have a deep coffee flavor to them which is good since roasting nuts well takes out a lot of the unhealthy phytic acid that inhibits the body's absorption of minerals like calcium.
