Made of solid heavy-duty, 16 gauge cold rolled steel that is reinforced with a gray powder-coated finish, this panel rack is sure to withstand heavy use in an industrial environment. It's perfect for garages, warehouses, packing stations, or shipping and receiving departments. Its two rigid hard rubber casters and two swivel hard rubber casters provide optimal mobility for easy transportation. Plus, the two swivel casters have brakes, allowing you to lock the unit in place while loading, unloading, and storing. It has a convenient handle located on the side, allowing you to easily move the unit as needed. It features an impressive 1,200 lb. load capacity, and thanks to its flat steel body, it can be quickly cleaned when needed.

This louvered panel rack comes with 56 clear injection-molded bins that are designed to withstand the rigors of commercial use, featuring a highly durable polypropylene construction and a 65 lb. capacity for each bin when it is hung on the panel. For added durability, each bin is autoclavable up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, resistant to extreme cold, rust, and corrosion, and won't crack or break under normal load conditions. To ensure quick and easy access to the contents within, the bins' front hoppers are completely open. Plus, the front, side, and back grips make the bins easy to handle when attaching and detaching them from the rack. For added convenience, the clear design allows you to quickly see what's inside each bin for security and identification purposes. Thanks to the built-in rear hanger on each bin, you can easily customize how the bins are arranged on your panel rack to save space in your facility. The bins also come with a wide stacking ledge and anti-slide lock, in case you want to stack them on a shelf instead of hanging them. This unit requires assembly.
