This time clock tracks arrival times, breaks, overtime, and departure times for an unlimited number of employees. You can even choose between weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly pay periods. Complete with 100 time cards, an ink ribbon, a 10-slot employee time card rack, and 2 security keys, this unit features everything you need to keep organized. Its compact size is perfect for small businesses with limited space. Best of all, the automatic time card feed makes punching in and out quicker than ever!
This system's double-sided time cards accommodate up to 31 days and can record 3 in / out punch cycles per day. Each card is 3 3/8" x 7 7/16". It displays the date, time, and day of the week on an easy-to-read, backlit LCD screen. For added convenience, it automatically adjusts to daylight saving time and can be mounted to a wall or desktop. It even features a red LED light that confirms an active punch column to maintain accurate records, and it prints in both 12- and 24-hour time formats. This unit is powered by an AC adapter and comes with an internal backup battery that protects data and settings for up to 7 days without power.
