It is a great product. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to fully heat up. The reason I gave 4 starts is, the splash guard around it is not fully attached to the body so it tends to leak when water or any liquid goes around the edges. Though overall it is a great product

Product came broken during shipping, literally crushed. Electrician verified it would not work. Webstaurantstore refused to take it back unless I paid return shipping and restocking which would account for more that half of what I paid. RESTOCKING OF A DAMAGED item? Ridiculous. Will never do business with this company again. Beware of this company.

Ordered this griddle installed it and love it. I place my pots on there to cook my soups. I use it to do eggs, burgers whatever is needed at the moment for the customer. Easy to clean. Outlet was hard to find at electrical supply area in my area. Once I located it had electrician install it. I am golden.

Perfect size and heating, bought it for cooking eggs, omelet, scrambled eggs and hamburgers. It fit perfect over the counter, I had to change the plug.

I am a 10 year seasoned cook on a food truck. I have cooked on alot of griddles. But the Avantco EG30N 30" Electric Countertop Griddle is definitely in its own lane. It distributes heat evenly, very reliable, and very well priced. All i can say is, this is a must if you are interested in buying one.

Excellent griddle comparing to the price... when I saw the price I thought it will be low performance griddle but when I tried it found it very quick to heat and the temperature control is awesome ... I like it.

I have had 3 of these units. A 24inch, 36inch and a 48inch. I just upgraded to the 48inch one is a 208/240/V and within one month the left burner is stuck on high. be careful with buying this unit. It has an issue with the knobs getting stuck on high. My very left burner when turned completely off is still on and sits at 475. I called to get advice on what to do and all they wanted to tell me over and over again is that I voided my warranty. Again I understand that, I was just curious if this product has had this issue reported before and she said yes. AND that is not my electricians fault. It's a cheap product. I been using this for over 2 years and love it. Easy to use, heats up 7-8 mins and easy to clean up.

This griddle is a god sent, it is used everyday and has really made our cooking process in the kitchen easier for sure. The only thing is that the red label is coming off.

Haven't had any issues with this purchase. We were very happy on how it cooks. We are only using for minimal business but it is great for what we need it for!! Just check connection plug. we had to have it changed to use this.

Received this griddle and it was extremely damaged. Dented, missing a prong from the plug, missing the legs, and the grease drawer was missing the front panel with the handle. Hopefully webstaurant will replace this as soon as possible. Very dissatisfied.

This is exactly what I needed, it takes a few to heat up but once it does it puts out some heat! Had to switch the plug out for 20a that’s about it.

At first I thought I was gonna want a gas griddle or maybe even a bigger griddle, I was wrong I absolutely love this griddle and it heats up fast and accurately. This is my favorite tool in our food truck kitchen.

This griddle has served us well. With where we've placed it in the kitchen, the middle does tend to get hotter so we usually set it 10 or 20 degrees below the edges. Takes about 15 or 20 minutes to get to heat up if you turn it all the way up, and retains heat very well. (Discovered this when I was seasoning it and was waiting for it to cool down -- it took forever!)

This is an absolutely fantastic griddle for the price! We purchased this 2 years ago for our cafe and use it 7 days a week for 9 to 11 hours a day consistently as a griddle for sandwiches and cooking eggs and sausage and bacon on top of. The two different heat source sides allow us to have one side as a griddle to toast and the other wise as a warmer to keep things warm. It's easy to scrape clean and keep in good working order and the legs are adjustable. Highly recommend and will absolutely be buying this again in the future if I ever need to replace my existing one. It's great!

This grill is perfect for food trucks and outdoor events. I heats up fast and takes at least 20 minutes to unheat. Easy washing afterwards. Very easy to control temp. settings. Just be mindful of the powerful cord. Not a standard outlet and requires 30 amp breaker. Use for outdoor or indoor. All around great buy though.

This was a great buy. We have a very small kitchen and this grill fits perfectly. It is very sturdy and heats quickly. Would definitely buy this again.

A great bargain! Purchased this for outdoor vending events and it’s been a lifesaver. Now sits in my eatery for small orders and heating up buns. Easy to use.

Good griddle. Heat up takes a while, but once it’s there, temp is maintained well. Fast shipping, good price. Light weight, so easy to move around for cleaning purpose.

Purchased this unit about a year and a half ago and it works great. We cook breakfast lunch and dinner on this for 12 hours a day and haven't had a issue with it, I'm looking at getting a second one for our new shop.

Great little griddle for an exceptionally good price. Keeps even heat and does not use a lot of power to run even when in use all day.

This thing is awesome. Really gets nice and hot and makes pancakes super fast. We don't even run it on more than a 6 most of the time

Bought this griddle and I agree with the 1 star rating. There must be a defect in this unit. It doesn't reach a high temperature and is lucky to be able to melt cheese.

Great griddle for the price. Could have a larger grease trap, but regardless it is a very nice machine and heats up very fast (220V). Thanks!

Non-Functional on installation.

Great product, comes in installed, secured crate, definitely need an extra assistance on displaying the equipment on counter top. Thorough instructions, could fit a minimum 6-8 sandwiches at once, heats up fast and easy to maintain

This griddle was great in a pinch! When our big grill went out and we needed to keep cooking, this griddle kept the food flowing. It works good for the purpose, its sturdy (pretty heavy actually). Just know that the drip catch is small so if you're using it for commercial use like we are you must remember to check it often. I would recommend this brand and style of griddle.

OK, the only reason I gave this three stars instead of four is the fact that it did not come with the power cord. It said hardwired the same as the fryer I bought, the fryer had a power cord attached to it, just needed to put a plug on. Yet the griddle did not? Both products were made by Avantco and both products said “hard wired” so I don’t understand the difference in the wiring. Which intern made me have to pay my electrician more money so that he could build an entire cord for this griddle. Other than that I have no issues with this product. Heats up very quickly, and is a very nice looking piece of equipment. Again, my kitchen staff CAN NOT wait to use it. My griddle cook has already named it Francine. Lol

This grill is ok. Not great for high volume cooking. A wire did come lose right away, but our handy man repaired it and it works fine now.

I give this griddle 4 stars . It performed great this pass weekend.

Overall a good unit at a great price. Performance is OK but could be better, as the power output is limited to 2675W/3560W depending on your electrical service. For 240V service and medium-duty use I'd say it's adequate but it's a little bit slower when cooking 12 frozen burger patties back to back. If using on 208V service I'd recommend sticking to non-frozen or less dense products if you need continuous back to back service. It's great for eggs and toasting buns for example, but moisture laden or frozen foods definitely cause a temperature drop.

This countertop griddle worked perfectly. After some learning to regulate the heating elements. However, it stayed hot for a long time after shutting down. Wasn't sure when would be a good time to clean the cook top. Hot or cold? Or what is a good cleaner for a stainless cooktop?
