I've been consistently buying Monin syrup and have been pretty satisfied with the products. However, most of their cinnamon flavors are very artificial. i do not recommend.

There aren't enough stars to rate this syrup! We love it sooo much! Almost everyone who visits our home has a latte at some point and we always recommend one with cinnamon bun or half cinnamon bun and half madagascar vanilla. Delicious!!! No one ever wants to try a different flavor after they have this!

I tried Monin, Torani and Dolce brands. Monin came in a distant second. It is not as strong or flavorful as Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon

Somewhat surprisingly, Monin's Cinnamon Bun Flavoring Syrup has turned out to be one of our best sellers in lattes. In fact, it is my wife and my favorite.

This is AMAZING! I use it to make my Lattes, it is absolutely perfect. The cinnamon flavor is not too strong and it has just the right amount of sweet balance. My new favorite flavor.
Tastes good but you probably would not know it was cinnamon bun if you did a blind taste test. That being said, I do like it and will likely buy again for my shop.

I had never encountered this flavor before so I decided to order it. Did not disappoint! You can taste the cinnamon right off the bat. It almost tastes bready? Is that a description. That's how I would describe it.
Nice flavor. I’m not a big fan of cinnamon, but ours customers enjoyed it. It seemed to go best in hot coffee although some used it for ice.
