I'm a fan of salted caramel, and this syrup didn't disappoint! I honestly don't think there's much of a difference between this and the Torani variety, but then again I don't measure syrups used ounce-for-ounce. Though the bottle is a lot easier to deal with, with the metal twist cap getting stuck a lot less frequently.

Monin Premium Salted Caramel Flavoring Syrup is a customer favorite. I use in my coffee shop to make lattes and cappuccinos. Typically 3 teaspoons of Monin Premium Salted Caramel Flavoring, one shot of espresso, and 6 ounces of steamed milk. Better than a caramel macchiato. For a mocha version use 3 teaspoons of Monin Premium Salted Caramel Flavoring and a few dark chocolate morsels.

The only thing better than caramel flavor is the salted caramel flavor. This flavoring syrup is yummy. Monin brand doe not disappoint. I recommend sampling them all.

We love Monin syrups but were not impressed with this one. Not much difference from the regular caramel syrup. We won't be buying this again.
