This Monin black currant flavoring syrup tastes like tart berries. It is good to flavor tarts, pies, jams, jellies, etc. It even smells likes berries.

A nice , rich fruity flavor. I use it to flavor smoothies and ice cream.

I have a French pastry shop and am always looking for classic French flavors to serve. This is a great addition to our collection. There’s no chemical taste. It’s very true to actual berry flavor and it’s definitely packs a punch. We usually add 2 pumps of flavor to our lemonades/shakes/coffees but this one only requires 1. I highly recommend it in lemonades or a vanilla shake. Use 2 pumps for a chocolate shake to get a really rich and decadent flavor.

Not to be fooled by the name. The black currant is not black coloring, it’s the same color as blackberry. It’s a sweet and very unique Taste. Paired very well when your making speciality cocktails. Everybody loves a Caribbean cocktail.

when I was kid I liked blackcurrant flavor in my shaved ice. after many years we were looking for fresh flavor and finally found it. my customers will be very happy to know that we have blackcurrant flavor shaved ice.
