Wowee! I don't drink strawberry mimosas but I do drink strawberry milk, and this is definitely better than using the cheap stuff of artificial flavor (not that I ever used it for such beverages). I also use this puree for my cakes and to flavor my creams. Fantastic!

I used this as a flavoring for buttercream frosting in place of strawberry extract and food coloring. The flavor is so much better than that of strawberry extract and the consistency is thick enough to not make frosting runny. It can definitely be used for more than drinks!

I used this to flavor buttercream since it is cheaper than buying flavoring compound. It gave it a nice color and the flavor was great and pretty strong, I really didn't have to use much. It is also thick enough that it didn't change the consistency of the icing.

This is the 4th flavor that I have purchased in this line. This particular one helped me to find a new use for it. We do smoothies and shakes, and it actually allows you to draw on the inside of a clear cup and it remains in view, so far we have just done freestyle hearts, and the customers are thrilled.

This product is so versatile. we used it for several Strawberry drinks this month. It looked great in the bottom of our Strawberry Basil Matcha. We also used it do cup art in our strawberry frappe. Everyone thought it was beautiful. Real good strawberry flavor and it was just the right consistency.

very good tasting puree. I have tried others but this is thick and you don't need much to dd to lemonade to get a rich tasting strawberry lemonade. I like the way it sores neatly and the flip top makes it quick to use.

This puree is a strawberry substitute! I've actually made some delicious margaritas using just this and some frozen cherries (for color) along with an appropriate amount of tequila. It's already sweet so you can skip using any simple syrup.

I have purchased peach, blackberry, and this strawberry one and this one is my favorite. I don't think any of them tasted terrific but I made strawberry lemonade with this purée and it was definitely the best of the three. It was delivered quickly and the squeeze bottle is great but the flavor.....meh
