My ice cream shop uses Regal Foods Chocolate Flakes Topping as an ingredient inside our ice cream as well as a topping. It comes packaged in a large plastic bag inside a cardboard box. I am not a fan of the packaging, I would rather it be vacuum sealed or something like. The outer coating of the chocolate pieces is sometimes white, maybe due to prolonged exposure to air but it does not seem to affect the taste.
