I have tried many Spiced Chai mixes from different places. I can sat that Big Train beats them all BY FAR. I have NEVER had a complaint about my Chai at the shop only compliments. We love it so much that we take the mix with us where we go!

My coffee shop goes through a lot of chai and nothing compares to the taste of big grain spiced chai tea latte mix. Very good product and great price.

We carry Big Train's Spiced and Vanilla varieties in our coffee shop, and our guests love both! We dissolve the powder in a small amount of hot water before adding milk, and the end result is rich, creamy, satisfying drink. We have also had great luck experimenting with chai and additional flavored syrups to create unique seasonal specialty beverages. I've never tried any other brands, as our guests are so pleased with Big Train.

Tastes good, my customers love it.
Good quality good general taste. I do add additional chai spices when I use it. I am using it in a white chocolate chai tea bomb and it just didn't have enough chai spice flavor for my taste. I like it to be very bold. Tat's what my customers expect from my products. So I simply created a spice blend that I added a pinch to each chai bomb. But overall it has a creamy, warming, and inviting taste.

30 plus years ago, I use to drink anywhere's from 3-5 cups of coffee (Hazelnut/Irish Cream Mochas) a day. Then, a lady friend who owned an espresso / deli shop introduced me to (frozen) spiced chai about 30 plus years ago, then she closed shop leaving me high, dry and addicted to that certain chai. >>> After many years of searching for the right one, I found it on webstaurantstore.com through Amazon. I signed up and went hog-wild and purchased 2 bags of spiced chai, Pumpkin pie chai and Green tea chai. (I'm sooooo excited!) If you love the lovely taste of creamy, cinnamon, clove, cardamon, anise,and ginger and wish to mix it with anything your heart desires, then this is what you need. Hot, cold, sprinkled on ice cream, Boca Burgers or what-ever ... it goes with any & every - thing ... it IS to die for. ??
We call this Fall in a cup. It's got the perfect blend of spices and it pairs well with so many other flavors, to make unique drink options. Mixes very easily, no clumping, and has a nice long shelf life. Not that you will have it hanging around very long, your customers will drink it up!

We have used this product for the past 10 years, it is a customer favorite. It is easy to make with just steaming some milk and adding a scoop!
I was worried that because it was a powder and that I like to drink mine iced that it may have a powdery or gritty texture. I was so wrong! I use my keurig on the smallest cup setting and mix in a scoop and a half of the powder into the hot water and stir until it dissolves. I add this over ice and fill the rest of my cup with milk! The powder has a great combination of spice without being overly sweet! I will definitely be repurchasing in the future!
We have tried other latte powders, and none match up with Big Train. The flavor of the Spiced Chai is great, and the mix gives our drinks a nice body and mouthfeel. We will never stray from Big Train again!

This is by far the best spiced chai tea mix ive ever had! It mixes so beautifully in just about anything. It doesnt leave a nasty pile of the mix in the bottom of your cup! I personally love it with some torani white chocolate! So amazing. I do wish it would come in a better container, like a plastic tub.

While it is plenty sweet, it is not overly sweet and has just a little more of that chai spice that our customers love. Great decision for our cafes. We would highly recommend this chai.
