This is the best product for our hot cocoa! The customers ask for it by name now! I did try all of the other brands, and this one is by far the favorite!

This Torani dark chocolate syrup is the perfect amount of sweetness & very rich. Goes great in a mocha latte and a mocha frappe, gives it amazing flavor

The product was fine, but the returns policy makes no sense. I meant to order 2 bottles, but by accident, I ordered two CASES (with 4 bottles in each, so 8 bottles of 64-oz chocolate sauce arrived). We only have a small coffee shop that would never make our way through all of this chocolate sauce. But when I reached out to return them, was given a boiler-plate response about "not accepting consumable items for return". I completely understand this policy for fresh items like muffins, bagels or egg based products - but this is a factory sealed and unopened sauce which is still perfectly re-stockable and re-sellable for OVER a year (currently October of 2025, expiration date is December of 2026.) Seems like Webstaurant needs more nuance to their blanket "no returns on consumable items" policy to me.

We ordered this dark chocolate sauce for use in a featured specialty drink, and it was a big hit! The dark chocolate gives richness, while it has a less-sweet taste in the mouth than the regular milk chocolate that we use in our coffee shop. I have kept this sauce on hand since then, because it is dairy-free (unlike the milk chocolate sauce we use) and therefore I can offer allergy-friendly mochas to my guests, and it also does not contain high fructose corn syrup, for guests with other kinds of dietary restrictions. I am grateful that Torani has made an effort to offer a product like this!

Good for making mocha drinks.

Our absolute favorite dark chocolate sauce is this Torani dark chocolate. It melts perfectly in hot drinks, goes over treats like brownies really well, and is a very consistent and reliable brand.

Dark and sweet, this is wonderful addition to any coffee bar. It's a million times better than Hersheys and has great depth of flavor. Highly recommend.

This flavoring sauce is delicious. I didn't realize how big it was until we received it. Great price for the amount of sauce. I will definately buy it again.

If you like dark thick creamy delicious chocolate then you will love this product. Not only do we add this to Hot Chocolate to make it richer but we also use it on top of frappes. It’s delicious

Pure joy in a bottle! If you like dark chocolate this is for you end it such a reasonable price I have seen this for more than twice the cost. Hard to fine dark chocolate with such a good flavor to it in a bottle! This is certainly a step up in quality and taste. The spout makes it easy to drizzle and decorate with a little of this goes along way things to the rich flavor.

We love the flavor of the Torani chocolate syrup. It is very popular in our cold brew. It is a little thick when it is cold for mixing, that is why it got 4 stars.

Easy to pour and a bit thicker at room temperature than your average chocolate sauce. However, I didn't think the flavor tasted much different than Hershey's. It looks a bit more impressive, but costs more too.

Nice dark chocolate sauce! Good flavor, good size, nice dispensing lid. Works great for flavoring drinks, or as a topping for ice cream, etc. Added bonus is that refrigeration is not required.

Again Torani can't be beat! The possibilities for this sauce are endless! We drizzle it over cake, decorate a plate with it, use nit on pancakes, to top drinks, freeze it on spoons full of peanut butter for a cold peanut butter cup type treat. I could go on for days, it's just so versatile.

Torani dark chocolate sauce is delicious and has the perfect consistency. We use it every day in our shop; mostly for lining the inside of our milkshake cups, drizzling it over sundaes & drinks with whipped cream, and topping cupcakes with it. I especially love that refrigeration is not required. We also love their caramel sauce too.
