The product was fine, but the returns policy makes no sense. I meant to order 2 bottles, but by accident, I ordered two CASES (with 4 bottles in each, so 8 bottles of 64-oz chocolate sauce arrived). We only have a small coffee shop that would never make our way through all of this chocolate sauce. But when I reached out to return them, was given a boiler-plate response about "not accepting consumable items for return". I completely understand this policy for fresh items like muffins, bagels or egg based products - but this is a factory sealed and unopened sauce which is still perfectly re-stockable and re-sellable for OVER a year (currently October of 2025, expiration date is December of 2026.) Seems like Webstaurant needs more nuance to their blanket "no returns on consumable items" policy to me.
