The Ghiradelli barista chips are excellent for baking. I add them to muffins and small cookies. They don’t sink like larger chips so that they stay suspended in the batter!

Great product from Ghirardelli at a good price. We use these chips for multiple things at our small coffee shop/bakery. We use them in a decadent double chocolate muffin and in a rich chocolate chip frappe. The chips are actually small enough to melt down into hot drinks too which can be helpful. Wish they carried the larger 30lb size!
