I keep this on hand in case a gravy doesn't turn out. Has great flavor out of the bag, but is even better with a little chicken drippings mixed in. This should be a staple of any food establishment that serves gravy. And it's not too salty, like other brands.

A very tasty chicken gravy mix. Tastes great as a gravy for poultry but also makes a nice base for chicken noodle soup. Very easy to mix up.

I like this gravy but, I think I prefer the gravy mix in the store a little better. This mix doesn't seem to have as much of the unique flavoring as the store brands but, it's not as salty as the store brands either and that is a plus.

I hate to do it, but I can only give this product 3 stars. I will definitely purchase it again due to its value and acceptably good taste. I have had other brands however that taste better but they are also much more expensive and this product better fits my budget.

This is amazing on chicke fried steak. Gravy can be kind of tricky to make and it's not always consistent so I save myself the hassle and just whip this up with no complaints.

Great to have on hand when you need to whip up a lighter gravy for potatoes or veggies. Mixes up well and a good value for they money, especially over those little pouches at the grocery store. I recommend pouring it into a spice container or something if you aren't going to use the whole package at once because the bag is not resealable.

Chef's Companion gravies are excellent and easy to make up in a matter of few minutes. These taste really good as if you got gravy at a restaurant and makes for a great topping on many dishes including hot sandwiches and potatoes. Will order this again and again!

We love this stuff! Excellent gravy mix for chicken or turkey. We like to mix the drippings in from a bird to the gravy and have zero issues with this. If you want to make a smaller amount, 1/2 cup gravy mix per 2 cups water works great. If you add drippings spill a little extra mix in for thickening.

Not only does this make awesome chicken gravy, for mashed potatoes and stuffing, but it also can be used as the basis of chicken stews, such as chicken pot-pie, or chicken and dumplings. Here in Pennsylvania, we pour shredded chicken and gravy over waffles. This gravy mix makes that dish much easier. It can also be used to thicken any chicken-flavored dish as well. I wouldn't want to be without it in my kitchen
