Terrible quality. The 10oz glasses were out of stock so I got these thinking they would be the same great quality. Not at all. They were scratched, have dents, chips within the glass, dimples at the top. Not a single one was usable when I bought 6 cases. I will never buy these again. The 10oz glasses are so much better quality and look so much nicer. These are not worth the money at all!

There are several flaws in each of the 24 glasses we received. on each one the lip around the top is very rough with dimples in each glass, some so large as to been seen from a distance. Quality of this product is very bad, will be ordering from some other vendor in the future. We have an engraving business and these are totally not acceptable for sale, don't waste your money on these

Absolute terrible quality! I ordered over 700 of these glasses for a laser / sand carving project. Very disappointed to say the least. Defects / flaws in almost every glass. 95%+ of the brims had defects. It's unfortunate as the glass itself has superior clarity. From a distance, it really shines and looks great. Up close, not good. I give praise to Webstaurant for exchanging and / or crediting me for the majority of the bad glasses. They (Webstaurant) are great to work with. I will continue purchasing from Webstaurant, just looking for a different brand. I would NOT recommend this glass to a laser engraver / sand carver.

Luv my new Hi Ball glasses just what I wanted! Two were broken when they came so I emailed Westaurantstore and they sent out two more with in a day. Great response! I would buy them again! Great store!

I ordered 2 cases of these glasses. They were beautiful, no flaws, bubbles or other issues that appeared in some other reviews. I only have it rated as a 4 as one case of 12 had 4 shattered glasses in it.

Sturdy cocktail glass, holds up well with industrial dish washer, but unfortunately isn't stackable. Not the end of the world, but something worth noting for bar use.

I saw all the bad reviews, but I still gave you a chance — and I regret it. Yes, shipping companies are usually the problem (99% of the time), but this mess? It's on you too. You sent glass cups with zero protection. No bubble wrap, no padding — not even a “FRAGILE” label on the box. Seriously, how is that acceptable? The result? Total disaster. Shattered glass everywhere. The box looked like it had just been tossed around. No care, no effort, just lazy and careless. This isn't the first time it's happened, and it shows you haven't learned a thing. If you're going to sell fragile items, have the decency to pack them properly. We're paying for a product, not a pile of broken glass.

This glass is absolutely perfect for my Tequila, Lime, and Sugar Free Lemonade. I use these every night. My only problem is the top of the glass has much thinner glass than the bottom. It has lead to two broken glasses. I am much more careful putting ice in it now.

These broke when you looked at them. Don't buy them.

Really like these cups! Purchased them to host a mixology class for our attendees and worked great. Unfortunately several were received shattered due to poor packaging but was able to get replacements fast! Would be 5 stars if several didn't come broken.

Ordered 500+ and only one arrived broken. Easily received my money back for that one. Heavy duty rocks glasses that I am etching for a loathe event. Absolutely love these. Highly recommend.

some come broken

ordered 36 11oz rock glasses and 3 cam destroyed and 6 are chipped. not on fragile or delicate sticker on the box. how do we resolve this?

I like these glasses, but they are not as heavy duty as I thought they would be. They are great for small business bar or personal place.

These glasses are kind of "meh." Nice and cheap for laser engraving. Glass is fairly inconsistent in appearance, and is not always perfectly round. Be aware if using rollers, as the out-of-round qualities cause the piece to wander on the rollers.

With a standard capacity of 8 oz, this glass is slightly larger than the traditional 6 oz Old Fashioned glass. It provides a bit more room for ice and a larger pour of your drink while still maintaining the traditional look and feel of the rocks glass.

Really good rocks glass. Whiskey sours looked really nice in them.

I had to buy these in bulk for a project. Out of 5 cases, none of the glasses were broken or even scratched! The delivery was very fast even for standard shipping. Overall, great quality.

Received these glasses with multiple broken ones. Customer service was fabulous. I sent them pictures of broken glasses and new ones were shipped immediately. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

These are available in just about any capacity you'd want and I was looking for 12 ounce. Although I have some others that are a heavier weight, these are fine for the price and I'm satisified.

Great rocks glass , they are pretty durable to ,which surprised me for the price. They are perfect for a rusty nail or an Old fashioned!

2 of the 12 broke in transit, and another 2 broke during first wash. Definitely not the durability that I was hoping for or what is to be expected.

These are great glasses. We order 8 oz, which is on the small side, but they are pretty high quality. Less than perfect rating because we have received some broken ones, but that was only a few glasses in each of two boxes out of the many we have ordered.

Sturdy glasses and they look nice too. They do well in the dish washer and have a nice hefty feel in the hand for our guests.

there are a thin glass but they are very good for any type of juice easy to clean but be careful when washing i broke 2 washing them buy hand. they are ok
