It doesn't taste bad, but it doesn't particularly taste like white chocolate to me either. It smells sort of like chocolate, but not the white variety. I'll use the rest of it, but I wouldn't buy it again. Next time I would try the white chocolate glaze (which looks like it's actually made from white chocolate) rather than this syrup for my coffee drinks.

this flavor from Torani is not as good as other white chocolate sauces. We do use some and we do sell it to customers for their home use, but we prefer the creamy sauces to this bottled liquid flavoring.
