Sadly, I received a bag of Reese’s peanut butter soup. Could have been shipping related but it was unusable. Customer service was great though.

These are ok, they taste like what you would expect however both bags came in large clumps and were very hard to break apart. We will not order these again

The long wait on shipping! I thought it would come manageable, it came melted and just a hunk of chocolate! The ice packs provided were melted and box wet. I was very disappointed with this order but would not order again because of the way it was delivered and the length of time it took to arrive. May suggest fast shipping on chocolates?

DELICIOUS! There is something about name brand Reese's that gives me so much more flavor and just the right salt and sweetness combo to put my dessert over the edge. If you are incorporating the chopped cups in a pie or something you may be able to get away with a generic pb cup, but if you are garnishing a dessert, or mixing with ice cream, etc. I would make sure to buy the real thing. Your flavor will be so much better and more satisfying that way. Even in cookies, I would really rather opt for the Reese's brand, because the value for the optimal taste will be much more gourmet.

Taste good…. But we received them all melted together quite often. We now buy individually and cut them up ourselves. It’s hard to break up the bag of cups once it’s melts together.

I have order this product hoping that shipping conditions would improve. The product itself is good until shipping get's it. This product arrived to my Florida address with 1 melted ice back to keep the 5lbs of peanut butter chocolate. The bag was about to explode from heat when I opned the box. This box was not left outside of my address for a long period of time. As I was expecting it. I did not expect it to arive with only 1 ice pack. My only complaint about Webresturant is whoever they use for shipping is terrible.

This product tastes great, just like you would expect Reeses to taste. However, instead of being chopped peices... its like one big brick busted into a few smaller bricks. Its not useable chopped peices like I was expecting. I'm going to have to contact customer service about exchaning these out or break them up with a mallet into smaller peices that I can use as ice cream topping. These are useless like that came.

Great product, as long as it is not warm out and then it melts together. Webstraunt does a nice job sending product in ice packs to help minimize melting

This candy came packaged so well, even in the heat! The pieces are a nice size. The taste is great. Can even cut up easily if you want smaller pieces.

We all know what to expect from a reese's pb cup and these do not disappoint. great to garnish your ice cream or frozen yogurt with.

Should have read the reviews first. This arrived as one congealed hunk of candy. Even if you cut it up yourself, it doesn't resemble PB Cups any more. Flavor and texture not good as a result. Better to buy whole ones and cut them up yourself.

Saved us time purchasing these already chopped. I recommend ordering these in the winter months if you live in a warm state. They will melt during shipping

Completely agree with many of the comments. Order these in the colder months. They often come as one large clump otherwise and the texture/taste is just not the same. Can't beat the price however that Webstaurant provides these at though!!

I'm not sure how I could give Reese's anything other than five stars. This is s great product, it's just as you would expect. Yummy Reese's crumbles. They are great for ice cream toppings, mixins, cookies.... etc

Reese's are always good. Will have to say, this came as one big solid chunk of broken peanut butter cups. Had to break it apart with a meat tenderizer. Thought that was a bit extreme. That's why I took off a star on ratings. Would have preferred not to have to manhandle a 5lb chunk of mashed candy bars.

We use them for toppings in a frozen yogurt shop. They come in crashed. Perfect size for toppings. They come in stick together due to shipping. Can be separated fairly easy.

We made the mistake of ordering this during the summer and the bag arrived one big melted glob after sitting on a hot delivery truck for 2 days. Even the ice packs were melted and warm, so they didn't help at all. Stock up in the colder months or find a different place to order from during the hot months.

These work great for us for a dessert topping and saves us time not having to chop up Reeses in a food processor. We keep ours refrigerated to keep them from sticking together as much.
