I am in love with my new flooring scrubber have you several different kinds renting them from the local home improvement store some of them are too tall for me as I'm a short lady this one was perfect It was just the right height for me although my 6 ft tall sun also used it to scrub the floor and done great It doesn't whip you around so crazy like other machines it's so easy to keep control of it I can use it one-handed and I love love love love The water tank to drop my solution I have cleaned 70 floors just because I enjoy playing with my new flooring scrubber It will be my go-to on all my commercial cleaning jobs I chose a smaller size because sometimes the machines are just too big to go into little restrooms but I could do a huge Read More

This little guy is a work horse! the external tank has been used extensively. Machine is so quiet, powerful and smooth. Cant beat this for the price, it has saved me almost its cost in rental fees in the first month!

This is very good for the price. Pros: -Performance is expected for price, does a good job -No shaking, vibration is minimal, smooth operation -User friendly -Beginner friendly Cons: - Manual adjustment, not spring loaded - Very loud - The water tank is pretty permanent and does not have an efficient way to empty unused solution Not yet known: I have not used it for stripping or finishing, only time will tell.
This machine is great!! For people who are ordering online make sure that Fed Ex gives you a sign option or your machine will be left outside. That’s the only thing I didn’t like. I should’ve had to sign for my equipment. I live in a okay neighborhood but if I wasn’t home my money would’ve been left outside for anyone to take. I also live in Florida and it’s rain season. Work on the shipping!!
