Feature:: Oven Only

I used one of these ovens in a commercial setting before I purchased one for my own startup. Thus far I am satisfied this will meet my needs. It seems to hold temperature well and there don't seem to be any hot spots. It does fume the first few times it heats, and it makes a fair amount of noise at first. No regrets.
