THis is a great machine , quick heat up and the result ( waffle) always look great. the down side is the plates turn sticky even-though I clean it every days. My business have been used at-least 10-11 machines. Every time it broken - like 2 months we have to do the warranty repair and when the warranty is end , we are end up buying a new one and the cycle of Waring machine keep going.

This is a great machine.....when it works. Purchased two of these and had the right waffle maker temperature control malfunction on both of them within 3 months. The left sides began to malfunction as well shortly thereafter. They are under warranty so I am hoping the replacement process is smooth and cost effective.

In love with this unit, great output. The nema plug was a bit of a pain in the but because of its voltage and we had to install a very specific outlet, but once that was handled this thing put out.
Perfect waffle maker for our small tea shop makes nice big fluffy waffles and clean up is a breeze. It's non stick surface is really wonderful.
