10/10 recommendation, update year 4 and it is still my favorite stand mixer 1/2023 This is a true review and not one written the day the box was open. We have been using the mixer for over a year and it works the same as when it came out of the box. It has had a lot of use in my high school culinary classroom. I like it so much I purchased a 2nd mixer last year for my classroom and am purchasing a 3rd mixer this year. It is by far the quietest stand mixer I have ever used. So quiet, in fact, that I have to check that the mixer is on. It handles small and large recipes like a dream, easily making pavlova with only two egg whites. The students like the ease of use with the tilt top and I like the safety cover. It is heavy and does not move around when in use.
