The machine worked great for my restaurant for the first 12 months. My customers loved the addition of having freshly made ice cream on the menu. We only make about 2 batches a week. So I would say it would be considered light to moderate use. However, after 12 months the machine doesn't shut itself off anymore after it reaches the desired consistency. Instead it over churns and starts making a grinding noise. It is so disappointing after spending so much on this unit that it has only lasted this long.

This machine has NEVER worked. I've had it now for over a year and only used it 5 times. The metal rod / bar that rotates / spins the bucket keeps slipping. It's poorly designed and needs to be reengineered.

I was never able to make one batch . The badel gets stuck as the ice cram get frozen . I’ve tried every trick and tried watching every available video and followed all th instructions no use . Save your money look for a more reputable brand even if it’s more so t by this one .

Same as others have said, worked only so long then slowly the rotor was worn so bad it wouldn't churn. Waring pro said its out of warranty. $ for 2 batches of ice cream wasted

Machine stopped working after roughly 4 gallons of ice cream. the inner piece of the motor rubbed metal off to the point where it wont churn a base mix.
