I have purchased two of this bubble waffle maker and both been working great after operating them for a little over 2 years. Ive not had any issues other than nonstick coating looking little rough after 2 years of use. I clean them after each use and give a good cleaning at the end of each night. I set temperature after making several trial cooking. I don’t just keep them “on” if there is no waffle order to cook. I pre-measure the batter at a specific weight and put them in a low cost plastic cup. It’s a reliable machine if you take good care of it.

I have tried the other brand waffle makers and they just cannot hold up for more than 6 months at a time and heat is inconsistent. The pros of the Waring WBW300X is that mechanically it is sound and it maintains a constant temperature for an expected brown and done every time. The downside is the non-stick coating is very hard to maintain and expect to spend money every 6 months to replace the plates to keep you investment going. The only other down side is those very plates that lose their non-stickiness can take up to 7-10 days to get which means have a second bubble waffle cooker while you await the plate replacements.

We have gone through several of these in a short amount of time. Manufacturer replaces but SLOWLY and not easily. Handle design flaw- keeps breaking! SO over this BAD product. Dont buy unless you want headache after headache!

I purchased these for my shop and they are already broken. It hasn’t even been 6 months yet. The handle melted off on one and the other just stopped heating up. I do not recommend.

Coming from someone who use many of Waring’s other products and love those, this one is just BAD. It looks great, but there are many design flaws and quality is just terrible. I went through 3 machines within 6 months. The top plate just broke off on 2 of them, and the non-stick skin peels off on the 3rd. Very disappointing product support too. I ordered the replacement plates but it’s been 6 months and the manufacturer still hasn’t shipped them.

Fantastic Bubble Waffle Maker. I switched to this maker after using a different manufacturers brand for over a year that was messy and had continuous problems. I’ve had this maker for a month and I have all positive things to say. My favorite thing is the measuring cup that comes with the unit. No waste or overflow.

Did a demo on one of these, not very good for the cost. You cant adjust time, only heat, and you cant trim the waffle as you can on others before its done cooking. The handle is not the best either, it would sometimes not come together to allow you to close and spin. The waffle plates are also smaller in diameter then traditional Hong Kong machines. Lower the price, then we might be interested Waring.
