Decent little hand blender, not very sturdy doesn't handle the rough commercial kitchen environment. The cord will begin to detach at the handle after a few months and the motor housing will become loose and create a lot of noise and vibration I may try the cordless model after this one finally goes.

This doesn't work any better than the old home model immersion blender we were trying to replace. In fact, we've kept using the old one and the Waring is sitting on the shelf.

Underpowered and overheats even with relatively thin mixtures. Doesn't come close to similarly priced home use units. Unit has difficulty blending a quart of milk and eggs. Construction is cheaply made and not of commercial quality.

This is an excellent very good and very sturdy mixer for the cost we use it consistently and have never had problems or complaints on it

I've actually purchased two of these. The one I used in the shop died an untimely death, and one I use at home far less often continues to work but the sound and smells that come out of it while doing so suggest that every blend could be it's last. Good, reasonable priced options were hard to come by when I made the purchases. Hopefully that's changed, or will by the time I need to make another.

We use this for our salad dressing, soups, to make marinara sauce and other items. It's easy to operate, quiet and it is easy to clean.

I was disappointed in performance like some other reviewers. Looks decent but is not very high speed and mixes worse than home model Cuisinart that it replaced that was much cheaper (admittedly purchased years ago)

This hand blender is built for convenience and blends with crazy intensity! There is nothing that can't be blended with this compact handheld blending machine!

We had to get a replacement one after a year. It works well, but we'd only recommend it for thinner liquids... we only use it for bullet proof coffees.

Works great! Very sleek and sturdy. A little hard to use if h have small hands and the buttons at the top are a little akward. But overall works well.

This blender is a workhorse!! I have 2 of them, I didn't buy the second one because the other died, I bought it because I loved the first one so much! I have run this for many minutes at a time and it never fails, doesn't get overheated either. LOVE IT!!!

We like this mini hand blender very much. Have boughten a few of them and all work great. We did have one go out on us, but it was repaired quickly under warranty.

The housing for this blender came apart very soon after purchase! Soon after that went the button. We're not sure how this is commercial quality or gets an NSF rating. More, it takes quite a while to do any blending.

Never had a immersion blender until now. I do not plan to use this in a commercial kitchen so I'm certain I won't run into any ware and tear issues. It is for small batches, so if you do use it for a food service establishment, you can't expect to blend gallons of sauce all day without needing to buy a new one all the time.

Do not order this junk! I used it ONE TIME and pieces of plastic broke off around the bottom where the plastic and metal meet. Webstrauntstore.com said that it looks like I dropped it or misused it, and I DID NOT! They won't take the blender back or give me a refund!!!

This blender works great for soups and sauces. It is small enough to use for single serving items and also works well for items in the pot. So much easier than bringing out the blender or food processor.

Been using one of these for the last year for things like batter, soups, etc, and never had a problem. Purchasing a second one to help handle all the tasks. Kind of a pain to clean.

This stick blender is a handy tool for pureeing soups, whipping potatoes, and making dressings. Construction and design leaves something to be desired. The fact that the head and blade assembly are not removable is less than ideal. Ok purchase at this price point if your jurisdiction requires NSF listed equipment.

Waring has great stuff. I bought the medium stick and i really like it so i bought the smaller one and i really like it too.

We should of bought this years ago, after going through 3 small (home-use) immersion blenders we knew it was time to upgrade to something commercial, this one is perfect!!

This is a great stick blender at a great price. It is an indispensable item in out kitchen and is used every day. we do a lot of small batch sauces and this blender comes in handy.

Keep in mind this is a one piece unit. It powers through my boiled beans with no problem. Smoothies, and homemade mayo are a breeze. I will need to get another one to use for my soap making.

Great in the preparing of soups and stocks. Both speeds usable. It has also been good with helping preparing the fruit pulp necessary for making fruit leathers.

What's not to like. This is the perfect milkshake maker, and my crew uses it as such on the regular. There is a weird thing about it that makes it look like it's not togeather correctly, I imagine it's just air intake but it was strange enough that I was banging the thing on the counter trying to get it to 'close'. Then I realized that's just the way it is.

We cannot live without this mixer. Perfect strong quality product that we work to death. Waring makes a top quality product and we stand behind this item.

I had to buy an immersion blender for my soap products. For the price you can't beat it and it works great. Im happy with my purchase.

Great tool! Worth the money! The Waring Quick Stik costs more than the typical hand blender you can buy in the store, but it can actually work for more than a few months without breaking down. It is powerful but also versatile enough to work with lots of products.
