Product arrived on time, well packaged and protected. Used heavily on a daily basis six days a week. Very safe. Unit doesn't get hot except on the burner. It would be better if it had more heat settings. This thing can boil water quicker than anything I have seen. The timer alert needs to be louder because it can't be heard in a high noise environment. Otherwise very good product. Not a single issue so far.

Great addition to our kitchen, we use this everyday as part of our prep routine. Easily wipes away clean if there is any mess on the top and easy to use for my staff.

Works perfect. Boils water extremely fast. We use this to cook Philly steaks and gyros. Keeps us from having to add another hood. Doesn't take up much space at all

Excellent range of temps. Handles high heat and simmering just fine. I use a 9 Quart Lodge pan on it for large batches of hummus and it works perfectly. Highly recommend this item over consumer models as durability is key in a commercial environment. The price difference is not significant, but the functionality is. Highly recommend this Waring induction cook top.

I bought the Waring WIH400 commercial induction range as an alternative to using the gas stove in the church kitchen. It emits less heat overall, is less harsh on dual heat cookware, and its more fun to use. It is easy to clean and very portable. I also like to option to cook by wattage (great for heating water rapidly) or by temperature. It is a bit bulky where counter space is premium. Overall, I really like the range and am considering purchasing another one.

We've had this for about 6 years now. It's survived almost daily use and abuse. Made us countless $$. If you need something versatile this is the induction range you need.

Purchased about 4 months ago, for use in a high volume establishment. Worked great until it didn't. Just crapped out and no longer works. Pretty disappointed.

This is a very nice unit. We've had it for 5 months and have used it everyday for many hours a day and it's still going strong. The induction feature is really nice and cooks very, very quickly. This unit has many temperature options for whatever you're cooking. We use it to cook 8 qt mixes and this unit has no issues quickly heating up the mixture. We have not tried option induction ranges, but based on price, performance, and what we were expecting, this has been great.

This item is fantastic when the space is not available for a full size stove. Be aware though it has voltage requirements higher than a normal appliance so it is not well suited for residential use.

Great product! We use this in our small kitchen in our bakery. Has many preset settings and can be used to heat and cook many different things. The heat is precise and consistent and we've had no issues. Easy to use and clean and also store. Would recommend for any kitchen limited on space.

I don't know what we did before our induction top. This truly doesn't remain hot after pulling the pan off so I feel good about it on our busy bakery line. Heats evenly and quickly.

we have two of these units and could not do without them. we were not able to have a stove without a full hood system. we do no frying, just boiling, simmering, etc. these are high grade cooktops that we have had no issues with.

Was hesitant getting this because I've used cooktek throughout my whole career, but Waring does it job and it is compact and light and can be put into small areas.

This is just what we were looking for! We needed a quality unit that would work in our small kitchen. Item was securely packaged and shipping was a breeze.

This commercial induction range has been so helpful to our Culinary Arts class. We purchased 4 due to construction of a new restaurant in our high school which left our classes without access to ovens. Each range works well, allowing a burner to be utilized at each table for each group of students. They are easy to use but more importantly, SAFE! Induction range is NOT hot to touch!

Great Induction Range. We have a small kitchen and really only need it for making syrups and it works and fits perfectly. It heats up quick and easy to clean the surface.

The temperature of this device does not get very high. We also have the Avantco IC1800 Countertop Induction Range / Cooker - 120V, 1800W. While they are both 1800W, the Avantco provides a higher temperature. The price for the Waring is about 2x more expensive than the Avantco, so we were a bit disappointed with the Waring.

Powerful Induction range. It has more than enough heat to quickly boil a small pot of water or warm items gently. we are very satisfied with this purchase.

Great cooktop! It is a little on the high side in price but very well worth it. Used daily in a bakery with limited space, doesn't take up much counter space, and heats up quickly!

I am very happy with this warring induction range it works great it heats up very fast I had it running all day making the sauce and it happened at a nice good temperature

I've used this burner on my food truck for the past 4 months. It works absolutely beautifully. Boils water very quickly and extremely easy to clean as well!
